Of course, the above is easier said than done and personalization (with all the machine learning and big data technology that many people talk about these days) is still a new area of expertise. However, I am strongly convinced that future e-commerce is impossible without the respective changes in addressing the customer needs and those companies that will be able to establish a user-specific dialog will win in the marketplace.
